Shakeology Recipes

I've said it before, I LOVE Shakeology... and Chocolate is my favorite.  Every morning I look at the bottom of the glass and think 'if only I could get that!'  I'd say it's 'lick the cup' good. :)

I don't always follow a 'recipe', but here are a few recipes I like.  They are all made with a blender WITH ice.  You don't have to use ice, but I HIGHLY recommend it... I think it tastes better.  You can find a lot more on my Shakeology Website.

Chocolate:

Chocolate Banana Butter
1 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
1 Banana
1 Cup Water

Pina-Banana
1/2 Banana
1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
1/2 Cup Water

Greenberry:

Orange Sunrise
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 Cup Water

Strawberry Lemonade
Juice of 1 small Lemon
1 Cup Strawberries
1 Cup Water

Tropical VEGAN:

Orange Sunset
1/2 Cup Pomegranate Juice
1/2 Cup Orange Juice

Papaya Coconut
1 Cup Coconut Water
1/2 Cup Papaya Chunks

Chocolate VEGAN: (I have tried this flavor, but NOT the recipes. These are from the website.)

Banana-Nut Bliss
1 Medium Banana
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk
2 Tbsp chopped walnuts

Choco-Orange
1 Cup Orange Juice

Did you know you can even make Shakeology DESSERTS?  You can't bake Shakeology, but here are some No-Bake desserts to try.  Oh yeah, there's more on the Website:

No-Bake Cookies Serving 10 Cookies
1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
1 Cup Quick-Cook Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Honey OR Agave Nectar
1 Cup Chocolate Shakology Powder

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and mix well using hands. (Please wash your hands first).  Roll into balls... each the size of about 1 heaping teaspoon.

OPTIONAL: Roll balls into crushed nuts, oatmeal mixed with some cinnamon, whole grain graham cracker crumbs, OR unsweetened coconut flakes.

Shakeology Berry Sorbet 2 servings
2 Scoops Greenberry Shakeology
1 Cup Orange Juice
6 Whole frozen Strawberries
6 to 8 Ice Cubes

Mix in blender until really thick.  Pour into container and freeze for 1 hour.

Please feel free to comment with any of your favorite recipes!
